These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and gw555 ("we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gw555 website at gw555.app, including all games, betting services, promotional programmes, and support functions available thereon. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on gw555. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, are strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, gw555 will close all associated accounts and may withhold any balances or winnings pending investigation.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Providing false information at registration, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes. gw555 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. You must notify gw555 immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• gw555 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage, including after account opening and before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or utility bill.

Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting gw555 support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal processing procedures.
